    Its hard to get seat in clinical branch through this rank in all india counselling. Wait till counselling. If you are lucky enough you can get it in your state counselling. Hope for the best.

    No. Its very difficult (nearly impossible) to get clinical seat under this rank for degree course. . Try getting a seat of diploma course viz dnb/diploma . Hope you get your desired branch in that. Good luck.
