Hello Hitesh, As you said you are from Maharashtra, so you are eligible for 50% AIQ seat in NEET pg 2018.

According to NEET-PG 2018 , no seprate quota is given for Economically Backward class. Reservation is given purely on the basis of caste..Also reservation are given to Physically Disabled candidates.

You did not mention that in what speciality he would be interested either MD or MS?
If MD then pediatrics,aenesthesia etc.
If MS general surgery,ENT, ophthalmology etc.
