Generally, getting a rank below 20,000 is considered safe for getting an easy admission into an MBBS government college even with OBC category. While the admission in a government MBBS college is difficult, there are still chances in few low tier colleges as most of the government colleges

My Borther has scored 311 marks in Neet 2025, With AIR 413302 and OBC category rank 190223 belongs to UttarPradesh State. He is willing to take any BDS/BHMS/BAMS college as MBBS seems impossible and then planning to reappear in NEET 2026 in first year of college. What are the possibilities?
