With 403 marks in NEET 2025 , your chances of getting a free (government) MBBS seat depend mainly on your category and home state .

If you're from the General or EWS category , it's very unlikely—government college cutoffs usually stay above 550+ .

If you drop out of B.Sc. in 2nd year and prepare for NEET, it won’t cause any issue in NEET counselling, as long as you have the necessary documents from your Class 10 and 12. Your B.Sc. enrollment or dropout status is not mandatory in NEET UG counselling

With 250 mass in NEET 2025, no MBBS in Government colleges Private possible between 15, lakhs to 25 lakhs per year, but you can still go with BDS,BAMS,BHMS in Private colleges, paramedical courses like BSC nursing S BPT available, no free seat or all India quota seat
