No you cannot change anything once you filled the Counseling form and the documents verification is done .

So you cannot change or add anything for this year . As in the second round you just have to fill form , you cannot edit anything.

Since Haryana is your state of domicile you would be applying for the AIQ seats in Karnataka . If  you have already registered then yes you can take part in the second round of counselling for Karnataka , even if you haven't participated in the first round .

Merit list usually consists of the name of students who registered successfully and got their documents verified in time.

All the students whose names are in the merit list are considered for counseling and allotment process to get a seat.
