The procedure of counselling is different for fidiffere colleges. College's call upto a particular rank in a round and then next upto a certain number on another round. Don't worry you'll get a call for next round.

The cutoff of PGIMER 2019 will be disclosed as soon as the result is declared. Only the candidates meeting the PGIMER cutoff 2019 will be called for the various counselling rounds. the cutoff rank is 3776 for general catergory however as you mentioned you got rank of 66 which

I think that you will not be able to get General Surgery on such a rank because PGI Chandigarh has 20 seats allotted to total clinical and non-clinical.

Now,  you focus on the neet pg..  Which is held on 6 January.. Hope you doing best.

The eligibility criteria to get reservation of 5% seats in PGIMER, Chandigarh is based on  working in Rural Areas  is that if you are working or have rendered your services in any rural area (with a population less than 5000) for a period of at least two years

There’s no email or message you have to keep checking for updates for the colleges or states you have applied in .

They keep uploading new notices on their site .
