I think that you will not be able to get General Surgery on such a rank because PGI Chandigarh has 20 seats allotted to total clinical and non-clinical.

Now,  you focus on the neet pg..  Which is held on 6 January.. Hope you doing best.

The eligibility criteria to get reservation of 5% seats in PGIMER, Chandigarh is based on  working in Rural Areas  is that if you are working or have rendered your services in any rural area (with a population less than 5000) for a period of at least two years

There’s no email or message you have to keep checking for updates for the colleges or states you have applied in .

They keep uploading new notices on their site .

There are only 26 seats for the MD/MS course in all branches together for the general category students. Though your rank in great but chances seem a little less as PGI is among the top colleges. You can still try for the Non Clinical seats in the counselling.

For General category, the cutoff rank is 3776 or 55th percentile, so yes you have a high chance of getting admitted.

Delhi University releases cutoff for admission to B.A English (Hons). CATE exam was earlier conducted for admission.
Admission to English (Hons) in 2019 will also be done on the basis of cutoff (marks in the qualifying exam).
