At your marks in rpvt there is very tough to get you government/regular seat in your category. You can get payment seat in any of the government college. Last year cut off for CVAS,BIKENAR in your category was (note following cut off are of mopup last round which is conducted offline)

so you have pretty decent chance of getting payment seat of the government college in your category.

You have high chances of getting payment seat in CVAS,BIKANER. There are very less chance that you will get regular/government seat of this college at your marks. Last year cutoff marks for obc category in rpvt for this college was

It is difficult to tell you the exact admission posiblities because cut off of RPVT varies each year due to several factors but as per the details shared by you, and the ptevious cutoffs, it is very difficult that you grab a BVSc seat in government veterinary college in Rajasthan as the previous year cutoff for general category in RPVT was 588 marks,
