1st of all any AIIMS college is good. For better option is always Delhi AIIMS. It's top medical college in India. NIRF rank 1. Guwahati AIIMS college is also good but delhi is the better option from it. I think you can understand which one you want to choose.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, after Round 1, an All India Rank of 126254 secured a seat in AIIMS Bhopal under OBC-PWD Category and the student reported to the College. That was the cut off for OBC-PWD.  An All India Rank of 101831 secured a seat in AIIMS Bhopal
