my all india rank is 16050. Im OBC. is there any chance for me to get aiims or jipmer in mop up round?

After Round 1, all of the 1900 seats of AIIMS have been filled up. Almost 80% of the Candidates reported to the Colleges and those opted for Upgradation and vacated the seats, they were allotted to others in Round 2. And it is pretty much the same with JIPMER too.

Yes, you are eligible for AIIMS Seats but not for 15% All India Quota Seats of other GMCs.

According to Counselling Scheme Brochure of MCC, the Candidates from the J&K Union Territory are eligible for the Counselling of following Medical Colleges:

Both AIIMS Gorakhpur and PMCH are excellent government Medical colleges in India. PMCH is one of the oldest medical colleges of India but on the contrary AIIMS Gorakhpur is very new college. The NIRF ranking for NCHM is also much better than AIIMS Gorakhpur.
