For general- 50%- percentile- 98.1246748
Unreserved (pwbd)-45%-95.2939507
OBC(ncl)-95.2939507
Obc(ncl)(pwbd)- 40%-90.2036135
SC/ST- 40%- 90.2036135
SC/ST(PWBD)- 35%- 82.2825521

Dear Lakshmi, yes. One Basic registration is technically good. Next time you try to appear for AIIMS wntrance examination, you can use the same Basic Registration credentials and just complete the Final Registration process. The payment has to be made again but basic registration once done is good.

Dear Sahib, AIIMS MBBS basic registration process hasn't started yet. The portal will open sometime in December for MBBS Basic Registration. But the basic registration portal for all Post Graduate courses is the same. So if you have completed your Basic Registration, you are good to go.
