• Admit card
• Matriculation/HSC certificate for date of birth
• Degree/Provisional passing certificate
• Marksheets of qualifying exam
• Migration certificate
• No objection certificate for govt employed candidates
• Physical disability certificate if applicable
• Category certificate if applicable

The 2019 AIIMS Cut off as per category are as follows,

General :52 Score : 99.9829207

OBC: 5,590Score : 98.0550008

SC: 1,143Score : 99.6061463

ST: 4,478Score : 98.4429374

So if you qualify the cut off them you would surely get Clinical seat this year.

After round 3 results are out, it can be seen that closing rank or cutoff for AIIMS Delhi is 2935 for OBC students. If you couldn't get through, you can wait for further rounds, if any.
