If last year cutoff trends are considered then it seems impossible to get a seat in any of the AIIMS. Last year the SC cutoff(lowest) was if AIIMS PATNA and that was around AIR 1700.

If the email id you have filled does not belong to you, then yes there can be some complications. Because all the details of your counseling procedure will be sent to that email and your phone number. So, get your email changed as soon as possible on the online portal.

Sorry dear,getting an AIIMS college With a NEET UG rank of 9500 under OBC is a bit difficult.You may go on the previous year cutoff trends for more reference.
