Supernumerary quota is applicable for those whose income is less than 6 lakhs per annum.  As you have mentioned that your annual income is 24000 , you are eligible to get seat under supernumerary quota. You need to submit supernumerary quota to get seat during documents verification.

Generally the syllabus of 11th holds importance as 12th is its continuation. But only if you can be a little more precise as to where are you refering the syllabus being included.

Your percentile is really good and your ranks are good too but he thing is the number of seats in AIIMS is very less and obc seats are only 321 in number so it's impossible almost to get a seat with this rank. Try for other colleges if

• Candidates must have attained an age of 17 years as on December 31, 2019
• Also, aspirants born on or after January 02, 2003 will not be eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019

I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat at AIIMS with this rank. The cut off of AIIMS MBBS 2019 is the minimum required percentage which needs to be scored in order to qualify for the exam.

Withcategory rank 803, its not good enough to get seat in any of the AIIMS. As the last year 2018 cut off AIR was 14510 and category rank was 304 for SC and the college allocated was AIIMS Mangalagiri with same rank.
