With category rank 9587 and belonging to OBC, the chances are nil for you, even after the new AIIMS as the last year cut off AIR 2212 and category rank OBC‐520 for AIIMS Mangalagiri.

The rank 20678 which you are talking about is AIR not a category rank (atleast in careers360 websites  https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/aiims-mbbs-cut-off .

Let me tell you a example(real) , as the last year 2018 cut off AIR was 14510 and category rank was 304 for SC and the college allocated
