For you to get in AIIMS-Delhi is not possible on the basis of this rank. But according to last year's cut-offs you might get into some other AIIMS. You cannot be completely dependent on last year's cut-offs though because the cut-off ranks change every year.

With AIR 843 and belonging to UR, the chances are great  you as the last year's cut off was AIR 846 for AIIMS Mangalagiri. You might get Mangalagiri (in the 1st round) / Raipur / Patna / Nagpur (in the 2nd) as per the last year pattern(might change).
