Firstly, AIIMS doesn't provide you a result. They just release a merit list of student who have been qualified and not any score card or rank. If you're qualified then your name will be mentioned in the list with the percentile. You can ask for the list from

Hello Ayush, Although you have not stated your category, I would suggest you colleges for general category. You can get the following colleges on the basis of your rank in AIIMS exam:

AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Rishikesh and all other AIIMS except AIIMS Delhi.

It's very un-fortunate that you didn't qualify for the aiims counselling. The AIIMS give only one counselling list and then on the basis of this list there are 6 counselling rounds in which the students whose cleared the counselling are filtered. If your enrollment number is not present

The aiims 2019  results are declared today.  Aiims have given a merit list of top 5000 students that have qualified the aiims. 

You can check that list on its official site. If you would not get your name in that merit list then wait for 5-10 days individual result

The last person to get admitted to AIIMS in 2018 from the SC category had a merit rank of 688, so yes you do have a chance. AIIMS, New Delhi will declare the AIIMS MBBS 2019 cutoff on June 12 along with the release of the result after 6:00 PM,
