Dear Sir/ Ma'm, the AIIMS is quite a lot tougher than the NEET. Therefore, AIIMS requires much more strong preparation than NEET. However, on the last day you just go through the formulas and the previous years'questions which will help you get through in the exam.

As year you category which you have mentioned let me let you first that admission varies depending on level of examination and competition but generally 90+ mark is sufficient to get AIIMS.
For AIIMS delhi 110 will be required.But still i would say study hard and try to score

As per AIIMS hall ticket they accept only original aadhar as id card. My son have only e adhar. Will it be acceptable as photo ID

E-aadhar will not be accepted in the examination hall.
Candidates can carry only three things  the AIIMS admit card, a valid Photo Identity card (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card/ Aadhaar card etc.), and a recent colored passport sized photograph inside the examination hall.
