The solution that you expect can be provided by no one, AIIMS is much tougher than NEET and the stakes too are high, if you think that you can clear aiims by studying overnight then its not possible, it requires months of hardwork, patience and sacrifices, your best

No the marks of NEET doesn't matter for AIIMS.

But,as per rules for applying in any medical entrances Qualifying NEET is compulsory.

You should be doing self study for atleast 5-6 hours everyday where you study theory for atleast 1½ hours and then keep solving MCQs for the remaining time. Keep a goal for every day and try to solve atleast 100-150 MCQs during the starting days and keep on increasing the

You can use references from cengage publication and errorless for Chemistry and Physics. And for biology, I recommend that you should refer to MTG- NCERT at your fingertips. I referred to these books, and they were quite helpful and didn't have any major error (just a few minor errors here
