Yes, you can appear for all the exam like NEET,AIIMS, JIPMER as regular candidate .

As the basic eligibility to appear these medical exams are:

• You should have 50% marks in your  intermediate as an unreserved candidate. 
• You should have subject like physics, chemistry and biology as core

If you are asking for this year NEET and AIIMS, sorry but you are not eligible because the minimum age should be 17 during the year of admission or 17 up to 31 December of admission year.

AIIMS do not release their questions post 2015 hence the authencity of the questions cannot be guaranteed. Some books like Arihant, MTG do publish previous year question papers, which you might refer. Online site I would not recommend. You may take AIIMS paper test series from coaching institutes to know

AIIMS releases time to time vacancy for different post including physiotherapy. You need to keep a look for this updates. When the recruitment is released, with your CV go to the recruitment venue on its date and time.

In order to become a surgeon, you can give AIIMS, NEET or JIPMER exam. After qualifying the exam , you will have to do MBBS which is of 5.5year. Then obtain a MS degree in general surgery to practice as a surgeon. For that you need to have

Yes you'll be eligible for AIIMS if your aggregate in PCB is more than 60%. Also I don't see any reason for you not being eligible for NEET, you're eligible for NEET as well. As long as you meet the requirements for these entrances, you're eligible to write these exams.
