I suggest you to try re logging into your account and see if the issue has been solved or another case you could call upon the helpline provided on AIIMS website and also send a mail immediately addressing the issue so that they could redress your grievances at the earliest.

AIIMS hasn't released any resolution till now  for technical errors. Students who faced the same issue tried clearing their  cache, browsing history, etc restarting their systems and relogging in. You may try it as well. It might not be resolved immediately but eventually you will be able to get
