I do not think you can choose the date and shift of AIIMS UG Exam. They are randomly allocated based on your application number.
You are allowed to choose the exam city but the centre is again allocated randomly.
No you need to fill only pcb and english marks in the application.
If you have a sum of 60 percentage or more than this percentage in PCB and english than you can apply.
Its not necessary to score 60 percentage in each and every subject. also their is no
