i think it will not affect you. but really you have made a silly mistake you should provide right information in the application form. 

as their is not any attempt limit so it will not affect but it is clearly depends on aiims.

You have to select "appearing" in qualification step. Then add the roll no. provided by state board exam in class 12.

Wait till the next update. If the payment is unscessful, the amount will either be not deducted or will be refunded to the same account from which the amount is payed. If amount is deducted, and payment status is incomplete then contact the AIIMS Complaint board.
