You have to wait for tomorrow. Because tomorrow AIIMS will again start the process to generate RUC Number. and go to that page you will get your number if it is already generated.

Yes you can correct it. Go again to AIIMS page click on 4 encircle in yellow circle. correct the qualification details and click on proceed further
