I think they ask class 12th roll number only. Class 10th is not needed.
I too have similar problem. The cities in my state are finished by this time, I wonder when I will get the ok to select city of my choice . definitely it will be in OTHER state. This is all screwed up by AIIMS IT department. They should ask third

Nani. Total aggreagte 60 ke upar Honda chahiye. That means agar apka 5 subjects hain boards mein then unka total divided by 5, 60% se zyada hona chahiye.

For any exam, one is considered as "appeared", only if you sit for the exam. In your case, since you only filled the form and did not sit for it, so you have to say 'no' for having appeared for aiims.
