I would like to tell you that there is no limit on the number of attempts.

Just that there is a limit on the age as must have attained an age of 17 years as on December 31, 2019.

Also the upper cap of age limit is 25

You can change your address in your basic aiims basic registration form 

During a correction slot .you can change your address details  and it is not mandatory that your address need not to be match with aadhar .

Cutoff rank is declared by the AIIMS institutions for admission of candidate. It would be difficult to tell you the marks required for admission. Also, the cutoff varies every depending on may factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, candidates appearing in the exam, etc.
