Yes foreign Nationals can also apply for MBBS in AIIMS but only in AIIMS NEW DELHI.
Since the seat matrix for 2019 is not yet out, as per the previous year matrix total 807 seats were available out of which 400 seats are for General category students, 215 seats

Dear Ravi, once you fill in all the details of the AIIMS Basic Registration form, you should select "Register". After registering, a message will appear on the screen saying "Registration Id." These details will also be sent to you at your registered Email Id and Phone number containing Registration Id

The basic registration date for AIIMS MBBS is extended from January 9, 2019 to January 14, 2019.

The documents which are in the basic registration for AIIMS MBBS are;

1. Scanned image of passport size photograph,

2. Scanned image of the signature, 

3. Copy of the left-hand thumb
