If you really want to get into AIIMS, you have to put your mobile in covered. Just switch off it and don't use till the date of examination. Tell your parents and friends to help you in doing this.

As per the existing rules and regulations, private candidates are allowed to appear for AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS entrance examinations as neither of these institutions have any such restrictions as long as the candidate has completed Class 12 from a recognized Board. Infact, as per the Delhi High

for general/obc candidates you must have 60% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, biology, and English and for sc/st/oph 50% is the criteria. which means total aggregate in these 4 subjects must be 60% no separate cutoff total percentage of these 4 subjects must greater than 60%.

We can't say that for 2019. But this year a s per NEET 2018 brochure, private candidates are ineligible. The exact words of the brochure are “Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as private candidate shall not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG).”
