In my opinion you should go for medical .college Kolkata/ NRS Kolkata over other AIIMS colleges. This is because of the patient flow in these hospitals. The new AIIMS lack in this very important aspect since they are still relatively new. However if you wish to get the AIIMS tag
Yes you can get. However it will depend on the marks of topper as it will determine the percentile. Last rank of SC generally goes upto 9000 till last counselling. A rank within 5000 will ensure seat within 1st counselling !
