A rank of 662309 got a seat in AIIMS Rai Bareil under ST PWD Category. That was the 1900th seat allotted. Generally josaa releases the opening and closing ranks after 3-4hours of seat allocation. So you can expect it to be released till evening.
As per your query I would suggest you to renew your OBC NCL cast certificate. During this pandemic situation I would say to apply for it online as it would be easier and quicker to receive. You can ask the authorities to extend the time so that you can apply and receive your certificate to be uploaded or else you would have to wait for a year.

This might have occured if you have entered invalid or incorrect user id and RUC code. Kindly verify the same. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Or it might have occured due to some technical error. Make sure you are properly connected to internet and try again. RUC code is needed for payment process in the final registration. So you need to enter proper RUC code.
