The total no. of seats available in JIPMER is 200 seats . 150 for JIPMER Puducherry and 50 for karaikal.

General (65seats) - 50 Puducherry - 15 Karaikal

OBC (38 seats) - 28 PUducherry - 10 Kairaikal

SC (22 seats ) - 16 Puducherry - 6 Kairaikal

the candidates meeting the *PGIMER* cutoff 2019 will be called for the various counselling rounds. the cutoff rank is 4199 for obc catergory as per the last year.. however as you mentioned you got rank of 34 which extremely good which definately increses your chances of getting in too .
