Yes. You are eligible for AIIMS entrance or others engineering or medical entrances.
Yes NIOS candidates can definitely sit for entrances howover you have to fullfill the % criteria or other requirements like a regular board.
Till last there was no negative marking. But this year jipmer has introduced negative marking. Every incorrect answer will be awarded -1 .
So better be aware of negative marking and do not take blind guesses.

For each correct answers four marks will be alloted and for each wrong answer one mark will be deducted.
Yes private candidates are eligible to appear for JIPMER AIiMS, NeeT as well.
AFMc accepts NeET exam and hence you are eligible to appear the exam.
However admission to all above colleges shall be onky when you clear the subjects you have appeared for in improvement exam.
