You are not eligible for subsequent rounds till round-3(if any) as your chance for admission has been forfeit due to your absence for round-1.

But you can attend the final counseling (if any) as all candidates who are eligible by the merit list can attend this final counseling

The opening and closing rank of JIPMER 2019 from previous year for OBC was 13 and 51 (Puducherry campus) & 64 and 240(Karaikal campus) which tells that with your rank its not possible to get a seat in any of the JIPMER this year.

It is very difficult with such a rank to get any of the JIPMER campuses. According to last year's data , the closing rank for OBC -Physically handicapped candidates , was 59 for Puducherry Campus and 69 for Karaikal Campus. The ranks of both the campuses of JIPMER

Every year 200 students are selected for MBBS programme in JIPMER Puducherry and Karaikal collectively. In that 200, 50 seats are allocated for Puducherry state students. Remaining 150 students are selected from All India Quota. So if you belong to general category, you should be under AIR 120-130
