Hopefully with that rank in AIIMS you may only get Newer AIIMS. Look, in Medical field you need to have a good practical exposure and for that your college must have large amount of patients. Patients only visit those hospitals which are older.

You are surely qualified with 43 percentile as the minimum percentile is 40 for ST but sorry to say that, it is not enough to get a seat in any of the JIPMER. And yes, you'll be eligible for counselling, most probably in the final round which generally

For being elligible under the quota for Puducherry Citizenz, you most possess the domicile certificate of the Union Territory of Puducherry.
It isn't a necessity to own the domicile for Tamil Nadu state too, but the one for Puducherry is a must without which the elligibility would
