We can't say that for 2019. But this year a s per NEET 2018 brochure, private candidates are ineligible. The exact words of the brochure are “Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as private candidate shall not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG).”

The eligibility criteria for JIPMER entrance examination requires candidates to obtain an aggregate of 60% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for those belonging to the General category and an aggregate of 50% marks in the subjects for the reserved including the physically handicapped category
