How many marks required in neet for bams admission

mohona17dey_7204154 Student Expert 17th Aug, 2019

Hi Anurudhha,

Well that may vary as per different states. Every state has it's own cut off declared for Ayush courses. According cut offs is released.

Government colleges usually have high cut off and demand than the private ones.

The cut off can be around 480+ for general category students. 450+ for OBC category students. 350+ for SC ST students.

These are just possible cut offs and the actual can be expected around this.

I hope this information helps.

All the best.

Regarding non eligibility for jipmer pg- what about people who are already doing an MD through all india quota(NEET), are they eligible?

Papiya Mazumder 13th Aug, 2019

Hello,

As per your query, i would say that whatever changes are made those will be for students who take new admission not for those who already are persuing the course. If such changes are made for already persuing students, they will be notified by the college as well as will get notifications and information on its official site.

I want to know jipmer pg second round vacant seats for July 2019 session and my chances I got 1052 all India rank and 381 OBC rank

Raji_49 Student Expert 30th Jun, 2019

Hey Chandni,

As we all know the total number of seats alloted for PG in JIPMER is 100, where 90 seats are for General category, 5 seats for Indian candidates sponsored by government and 5 seats for NRI candidates.

Analysising your AIR and the category ranking it is difficult to obtain a seat. The difficulty is higher as the ratio between the available number of seats which is very less and the level of competion being higher.

Follow this link for more details about PG counselling in JIPMER https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/jipmer-pg-counselling

Hope this helps!!

Yes sir,

I understand your query about jipmer

The JIPMER MBBS 2018 Counselingwill be held offline. The counselling will begin from June 27, 2018. The candidates may check the category-wise counselling dates, process, venue and more details about JIPMER MBBS 2018 counselling

Then, the candidates will be required to show the call letter and then submit their personal and other required details.

Got obc rank 295 can I get jipmer ophthalm

Pooja Gulati 23rd Jun, 2019

Hi !

It is very difficult with such a rank to get any of the JIPMER campuses. According to last year's data , the closing rank for OBC -Physically handicapped candidates , was 59 for Puducherry Campus and 69 for Karaikal Campus. The ranks of both the campuses of JIPMER have much great difference with your rank. So it is very difficult with such a rank to get any of the JIPMER campuses. Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff.

All the best !

Can i get psychiatry at 356(UR).....

sourodip mukharjee 1st Jul, 2019

Hi Paritosh,

Firstly a huge round of applause from here for attempting and securing such a great rank in JIPMER PG entrance exams.

Firstly, there is  no solid data pointing to the subejct wise allottment of seats in the previous years but goign through some sources, I feel a rank of around 100-110 under general category is required for MD Psychiatry although the round of counselling and the no. of applicants also matter.

So this is not a distressing information as the rank and the cut off vary widely each year depending upon the difficulty of the paper and the number of applicants.

You should definitely try and also dont give up hope until the last round of counselling.

I hope this helps and keeep tryign hard and aspiring.

Please revdert in case of further doubts. Best of luck.
