i have got 208 institute rank in jipmer PG 2019 january reasult . can i got MD anasthesia in 4th round counceling

Hello Sunil,

JIPMER, Puducherry will conduct the entrance exam in online mode twice a year for amissions to MD and MS courses.

As for your question, there is a good chance that you will get amission in MD Anesthesia as candidates upto rank 290 are called in the first round

Jipmer pg I have got 69 percentile in jip pg 2019 jan session with sc catogory rank 245? Will i get a seat in final counselling?

In accordance to JIPMER 2018 PG Counselling, the closing rank for SC was 160. So in view of your rank, the chances are less but there may be times when the ranks do fall and people do not opt the institute during open Counselling. So you may give a try

Yes of course you can appear for JIPMER entrance examination. The eligibility criteria for appearing in JIPMER is that the candidate must have passed Class 12th or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as main subjects in Classes 11 and 12 with atleast 60% aggregate for general

As you have not mentioned any reservation status, I would take you as a general candidate with UR rank 2952. In accordance to last year JIPMER Counselling results, the closing rank for UR PG was 350. 

So, I would say the chances are very less of getting a seat there.

No there isn't any such restriction as per the eligibility criteria of JIPMER PG. A student can appear for both the sessions, i.e. July and January as long as one fulfils all the eligibility regulations. You can check more about the JIPMER PG eligibility criteria in the article

Yes you can appear for JIPMER entrance examination.

The eligibility criteria for this exam is as follows:

  • Candidate should complete the age of 17 years at the time of admission.
  • Candidates must born on or before 1st January 2003.
  • There is no relaxation in age limit for reserved
