To appear in the pharmacy exam, candidates will have to fill the CPPNET 2022 application form in online mode. The CPPNET 2022 assessment date is July 28, 2022 As per the CPPNET 2022 exam pattern, candidates will have to solve a total of 100 multiple choice questions in 120 minutes. Candidates wishing to appear for CPPNET 2022 must have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by the authority.

Candidates seeking admission to nursing, pharmacy and paramedical courses through CPPNET 2022 must fulfill the eligibility criteria to appear in the examination. The eligibility criteria of CPPNET 2022 is given below.
Nationality:
Candidates must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates who belong to other states but have completed their Class 10 and 12 from Uttar Pradesh, can also apply.
Candidates belonging to the state but have completed their Class 10 and 12 or both or any one from other states can apply for CPPNET 2022. Such applicants will have to submit the domicile certificate.
Age limit:
Candidates must be of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2022.
Maximum age limit for the candidates appearing for BSc nursing, GNM and ANM is 35 years.
Gender:
Only female candidates can apply for ANM courses.
Category:
Candidates seeking advantage of category must have to produce the category certificate which should not be of before July 1, 2022.

UPUMS releases the CPPNET application form 2022 on the official website. Candidates seeking admission to nursing, pharmacy and paramedical courses in the Uttar Pradesh state will have to fill the CPPNET 2022 application form in online form. The application form of CPPNET 2022 can be filled in six steps given below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPUMS: upums.ac.in and then click on ‘CPPNET 2022’. A screen mentioning advertisement, exam cities, how to apply, FAQs, and other information will appear. Candidates are advised to go through the links to avoid any discrepancy.
Step 2: Registration
Click on the link stating ‘New user registration’.
Candidates will have to fill their name, date of birth, email ID and mobile number.
Login credential i.e. user ID and password will be generated and sent on the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidates.
Step 3: Filling the CPPNET application form 2022
After successful registration, candidates can either logout or proceed to fill the application form. If a candidate chooses to fill the application form, he/she has to follow the below mentioned steps.
Login using user ID and password by clicking on ‘sign in for existing users’
Candidates will ten have to fill in their personal details such as communication details, category and other required information.
Applicants will have to fill in their educational details.
Candidates will then have to go through a declaration and click on ‘save’ after cross-verifying the entered details.
Step 4: Uploading of documents in the CPPNET 2022 application form

Step 5: CPPNET 2022 application fee payment
After uploading the scanned documents, candidates will have to deposit the requisite fee in online mode only. Candidates will be able to pay the CPPNET 2022 application fee through payment gateway using debit/credit card, UPI or internet banking. Candidates can check the application form fee from the table below.

Step 6: Taking print out of the filled application form
After the successful submission of the requisite fee, candidates must download and take print out of the filled CPPNET 2022 application form for future reference.
The authority will issue the CPPNET admit card 2022 on the official website. Eligible candidates will be able to download the admit card of CPPNET 2022 using their user ID and password.
Note: Candidates must carry a copy of CPPNET 2022 hall ticket with a valid ID proof to the examination centre. Failing to do so, aspirants will not be allowed to sit in the CPPNET 2022 exam.
As per the CPPNET 2022 exam pattern, candidates appearing for the examination will have to answer a total of 100 multiple choice questions in 2 hours. The CPPNET 2022 exam will be conducted in offline mode and Hindi and English both languages.

Qualified candidates will be called for CPPNET 2022 counselling. The CPPNET counselling 2022 will be conducted in online mode. Based on the counselling, authority will proceed with the seat allotment process.
The seat allotment for CPPNET 2022 will be done based on the merit obtained in the examination and courses chosen while filling the application form. If a candidate accepts the allotted seat, he/she will have to pay Rs. 10,000 within 24 hours to the authority. Failing to do so, it will be considered that the candidate does not want the seat and the seat will be allotted to other candidates.
