The M.P.Employees Selection Board will release the MP PVFT application form 2024 at esb.mp.gov.in. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with the qualifying marks are eligible to apply for the MP PVFT exam. A link to download the MP PVFT application form 2024 will be provided here, after availability. After the end of the application process, MPESB will release the admit card.

The registered candidates will be issued the MP PVFT admit card. MP PVFT 2024 exam will be held in online mode. The exam will be conducted in different centres in Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior, Sagar, Indore, Ujjain, Ratlam, Satna, and Neemach. After the commencement of the exam, the authority will release the answer key. The MP PVFT result will be declared online. The MP PVFT counselling will be conducted for admission to the University of Jabalpur, Mhow, and Rewa offering 267 seats for B.V.Sc &A.H. and 42 seats for B.F.Sc. MP PVFT 2024: Eligibility criteria

Before filling MP PVFT online form, the candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria specified by the exam conducting body. The criteria are as follows:

  • The minimum age required to be eligible for the MP PVFT exam is 17 years. However, the relaxed age limit for the M.P. domicile candidates in the SC/ST/OBC category is 16, 20, and 27 years, respectively.

  • Candidates who have passed Class 12 or appearing for the Class 12 exam can apply.

  • It is compulsory to have Class 12 affiliated with the MP Board or CBSE Board.

  • Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in Class 12 are eligible.

  • For UR/EWS/OBC candidates the minimum percentage required combining PCB and English is 50% and for SC/ST candidates it is 45%.

  • Candidates who are born in MP completed their Class 5, Class 8, Class 10 or Class 12 in M.P., or studied continuously for 3 years in MP, or whose parents have assets in M.P. are eligible to apply under M.P. domicile.

MP PVFT Application process

Candidates can fill out the MP PVFT application form online either through the MP Online website or a trusted kiosk holder. It should be noted that the candidate's personal details cannot be changed. Aspirants must fill out their permanent identification marks and the serial number of their valid photo ID proof. The form can be filled out till midnight of the last date of submission.

How to fill the application form of MP PVFT

Candidates can fill out the application form for the MP PVFT exam 2024 by following the steps listed below:

  • Visit mponline.gov.in and click on citizen services on the home page.

  • The next step is to click on the MPESB link.

  • After reading the instructions, start applying in the MP PVFT 2024 application form.

  • Enter your name, date of birth and other personal details.

  • Duly fill in the serial number of marksheets and total marks including the integers in the space provided.

  • Candidates are required to fill the serial number of their Aadhaar card.

  • Upload the scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and two lines of handwriting in jpg format.

  • Then submit the MP PVFT application form.

  • After submitting the application form candidates will receive an application number and proceed to the payment portal.

  • In the payment portal, there are two options: Net banking or credit or debit card.

  • On selecting the payment option, the site will redirect to the payment gateway showing the total MPVFT application fee to be paid.

  • Once the payment is successful the candidates will receive a computerised receipt of the MP PVFT payment.

  • Take the printout of the application form and receipt for future use.

Note: Those candidates who don’t have credit cards, debit cards or net banking can pay using the “Unpaid application link” through the website of MP Online.

The list of documents required for the MP PVFT exam are listed below:

  • Copy of M.P. domicile certificate

  • A valid Aadhaar

  • Scanned copy of the birth certificate

  • Scanned copies of Class 8, Class 10, and Class 12 marksheets

  • Caste certificate, if applicable

  • A valid original ID proof

  • A recent photograph of specified dimension

  • PwD certificate, if applicable

  • Scribe declaration form, if applicable

  • Scanned copies of colour photograph, signature, and handwriting specimen

MP PVFT 2024 Application Form: Correction window

MPESB will notify candidates regarding the date of the 2024 MP PVFT application form correction window after the last date of the online application process. Candidates can rectify their mistakes made in the application form by paying a nominal fee as mentioned by the MPESB board. However, it should be noted that no correction can be made in the names, mobile number, serial number of mark sheets etc. The details of the correction procedure will be described in the notification.
