There is no state quota in AIIMS they only provide resevation based on caste i.e ST ,SC, OBC and general. The purpose of asking the state of domicile in the application is to ensure the identity of the applicant and to make sure that the applicant can easily attend

The signature that you provide in the AIIMS basic registration has to be your first name written in the running and not in block letter or initals. This signature will be used in the attendence sheet during the examination on exam day. It has nothing to do with you
