Submit an RTI to the mci and you will get a copy of it.. anyway they have stopped giving out hard copies of eligibility certificate after 2012.. i cleared in 2018 and got through without showing any original at delhi..

As per the official notification for FMGE, it states in case candidates do not have provisional pass certificate/degree certificate of primary medical qualification  by the last date of applying which is 31.10.2019, the same can be submitted to NBE through email at fmge@natboard.edu.in latest by 5 December 2019, failing which admit card shall not be issued.

So, in case you are unable to perform the required activity by last date that's 31st october, you still have an opportunity to do so by sending mail to NBE at fmge@natboard.edu.in latest by 5 December 2019.

The relevant documents/proofs in support of an applicant, final examination passed certificate must be submitted on or before November 31, 2019. Failure in submitting the documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

this type of details are asking to check the number of attempts have done by the candidate. as per the latest notification there is no restriction for number of attempt that can be availed by the candidates. so the mistake in your form will not be a big issue. hope you may understand.

I understand that you do not have a copy of your MBBS passed certificate issued by the Indian embassy but you do possess a certificate issued by the Russian Government which gives you a dilemma on whether or not that document can  be produced or not and so to answer your question the certificate issued to you by the Russian Government can itself be produced but if you are not satisfied then you can get yourself issued a copy from the Indian embassy after you produce your Russian copy of the same.

Dear Spandana, you needn't upload any certificates to your FMGE application. You need to mail them to NBE on or before November 30th, 2019. The list of the documents that you will need to mail are:

• Copy of Passport first and last page for personal information
• Copy of MBBS pass certified by Indian Embassy
• Copy of Class 12 passing certificate
• Copy of date of birth certificate of matriculation
• Copy of internship certificate, if done abroad
• Copy of 10+2 mark sheet
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Copy of MBBS pass either in Hindi or English
• Copy of fail certificates or result of ex-candidates
• Copy of address proof like PAN card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport
• Equivalence certificate  from Association of Indian Universities for candidates who completed MBBS abroad
• Copy of eligibility certificate issued by the Medical Council of India
