Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is highly impossible to get a MBBS seat in India.I would rather suggest you to appear for NEET exam once again next year with much more preparation.

Your neet rank is very high you cannot get mbbs neither in government nor private (unless it's under management quota).  And your jimper rank is also high, you cannot expect mbbs course in any college with this exam also.
