With 385 marks in NEET 2025 and belonging to the ST category in Karnataka, you do have a fair chance of getting a seat in a government medical college. Looking at the previous years, many government colleges in Karnataka have had ST category cutoffs that are close to your range. Of course, top colleges like Bangalore Medical College may still have slightly higher cutoffs, but other good government colleges in places like Mandya, Belagavi, or Raichur could be within your reach.

With 250 mass in NEET 2025, no MBBS in Government colleges Private possible between 15, lakhs to 25 lakhs per year, but you can still go with BDS,BAMS,BHMS in Private colleges, paramedical courses like BSC nursing S BPT available, no free seat or all India quota seat
