The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, will soon announce the counselling schedule and conduct the online RUHS BSc nursing counselling at the official website, ruhsraj.org. Only the candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in the online counselling of RUHS BSc nursing 2025. The result of RUHS BSc nursing has been declared by the authorities on June 4. Qualified candidates can participate in the RUHS counselling process by completing the application form and submitting all the required details. During the counselling session, eligible students must fill up the choices, lock the choices of preferences and pay the fees. The bona fide candidates of Rajasthan will fill up 85% of the total seats, and 15% of the total seats will be filled up by the candidates on an All India basis, inclusive of Rajasthan, as per state government guidelines. The seat allotment result is made strictly following the order of merit, seats available, choice/option of the college and the course filled in by the aspirant. Check the steps below to know how to apply for BSc nursing RUHS counselling 2025.
At first, candidates have to register by visiting the official website. Aspirants must complete the registration process by providing all the required details. Submit the registration form and pay the required fee.
After the registration is completed, candidates need to book the seat online as per his/her choice. Aspirants can fill in as many choices as available to them to increase their chances of getting a seat in any college. Candidates need to lock the filled choices before the last date.
The seat allotment list is released on the official website for each round. The allotment result of college and course is based on merit, availability of seats in each college, the priority of choice/option of the college and the course filled in by the aspirant during the session.
After allotment, candidates are required to take a printout of the allotment letter and join the allotted college along with the requisite documents, in original, and the prescribed fee before the last date. The shortlisted candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 50,000/- once the seat is allotted. This fee is adjusted or deducted from the admission fees of the respective institutes. Failure to join the allocated seat will result in a penalty of Rs.50,000.
Qualified candidates can participate in the counselling process by paying RUHS counselling fees of Rs.550. Candidates are required to fill choices of the course and college in order of preference.
