The Bachelor of Science in Intensive Care Technology is a four-year undergraduate programme that includes a one-year internship programme. Students will be able to gain more knowledge and skills to monitor the patients and provide treatment with specialised care for the ill patients and other critical care. The BSc Intensive Care Technology curriculum also includes critical care procedures, emergency medicine, monitoring patient reports, and ventilator management. The important core subjects are Pharmacology, Pathology, Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, Emergency Procedures, Patient Monitoring and Assessment, and Life Support Systems.
