Bhavik Bansal, AIR 2, NEET 2019 - ‘I revised the complete syllabus three to four times. It should be remembered that NCERT is the bible for the preparation of all subjects. NEET question paper contains 80% to 90% of the questions from NCERT.’
Nalin Khandewal AIR 1, NEET 2019 - ‘Apart from self-study and what was taught at the coaching institute, I used to set daily targets and made sure to complete them before sleeping. In order to crack NEET-UG, firstly I focused on completing the NCERT syllabus. After that, I used to do multiple reading of a single topic and prepared notes for preparation. This used to help me with memorizing a lot of things. I also practiced JEE Mains previous year's papers as on many occasions JEE Main questions are repeated in NEET-UG. This helped me a lot.’

So if you fail in final year BSc exams it doesn't matter and if you secure a seat in a medical college you can take the admission without any problem.the only problem is the certificates you need to present at the time of document verification.if you fail to provide your documents your seat may get cancelled.
You need to collect your all documents from the college if they coperate you can get certificate easily but if not request them. If you are taking admission on the basis of 12th marks then it may create problem in future so try to get certificate from college.
