Counselling: The PGIMER counselling 2025 for BSc nursing students is conducted offline at PGIMER. The authority calls the shortlisted candidates for the interview and document verification as many as three times the number of total seats available in each category from candidates who fulfil the cut off points.
Document verification: The selected candidates have to submit the original documents on the day prior to the counselling date. The authority does not accept the digilocker document files. Candidates who fail to produce the documents on the scheduled date and time faces cancellation of the admission.
Waiting list: The authority releases the waiting list after the round 1 counselling. The list is made available on the official website. The authority conducts the round 2 counselling for the vacant seats which are offered to the candidates on merit basis.
Joining: The selected candidates have to pay the course fee before the last date. Candidates who are allotted seats in the counselling rounds are required to submit the medical fitness certificate along with other documents. Candidates who fail to join on the stipulated date, their admission is cancelled.
