The M.P. Employees Selection Board (MPESB) is the sole authority to decide the exam pattern for the MP PVFT 2025 exam. The exam is conducted in online mode with questions in Hindi and English. The questions are designed in multiple-choice format. There are a total of 100 questions with each question carrying one mark. The exam will contain questions from Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, and Physics. The duration of MP PVFT is 2 hours. An understanding of the exam pattern enables the students to improve their exam preparation and also to be aware of the schedule. According to the MP PVFT exam pattern, candidates qualifying for the MP PVFT entrance test will be called for counselling. The stages of the exam pattern are given below:
Candidates whose application forms are accepted are eligible to appear for the examination. 100 questions will be asked from the Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology subjects. The standard of the questions will be based on the syllabus of Class 11 and Class 12. The medium of the exam will be in English and Hindi. The questions will be asked in a multiple-choice format.
Candidates who qualify for the MP PVFT written test will be called for counselling. It is based on the marks scored by the candidates and the cut-off decided by the universities. In MP PVFT counselling, the seats are allotted based on the reservation criteria, merit list, and the availability of seats.
In the MP PVFT exam 2025 pattern, there are a total number of 100 questions each question carrying one mark. The MP PVFT marks distribution is given below:

MP PVFT subjects are Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. To pass this entrance test, students must have a thorough knowledge of each division of PCB. In Biology, the questions will be asked from Botany and Zoology, whereas, in Chemistry questions will be asked from Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry.

MPESB provides the facility for the candidates to take the MP PVFT 2025 mock test at esb.mp.gov.in. The link for the mock test is yet to be activated. To become aware of the MP PVFT exam pattern, it is advised to the candidates to take the mock test before the actual exam.
