The procedure of admission for deemed medical college fee for MBBS course is as follows.
As mentioned above, in order to pursue MBBS in deemed universities, a candidate must qualify NEET UG entrance exam.
The seats in MBBS courses at deemed universities are filled on the basis of counselling conducted by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
Candidates who qualify for NEET-UG securing the minimum required percentile are eligible for the deemed counselling process conducted by MCC.
A total of three rounds are conducted in the NEET counselling for deemed universities followed by a stray vacancy round if seats remain vacant.
After the seat is allotted to the candidate, they are required to report to the allotted college/institute for the completion of the admission process.
