Aspirants seeking to take Mizoram NEET 2026 admission have to fulfill the conditions of eligibility. The Mizoram NEET eligibility criteria are as follows.
Candidates must have passed the H.Sc. (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of the state or any other equivalent exam.
Aspirants have to qualify for the aforementioned exam with a minimum of 50% marks (40% of marks for OBC/BCM/MBC/EBC/BT/SC/ST candidates) in aggregate, in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Biotechnology, Botany, and Zoology. They must have passed each subject individually also.
Aspirants should also have studied English as one of the subjects.
The applicant must be an Indian national.
Non-Resident Indian (NRI) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) / Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are also eligible
Candidates should be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.

Step 1: Admission fee payment
Aspirants must note that Mizoram NEET admission fee payment of Rs. 96,850 must be completed before starting the Online Admission process. Payment should be made to the following account and payment receipt should be saved for uploading

Payment of Mizoram MBBS admission fee can be made using the following methods.
Bank transfer: Amount can be transferred from your bank account to the college account using RTGS etc.
Direct Deposit: Amount can be deposited to the college account by cash/ cheque from any branch of Baroda bank.
Online Banking: Payment can be done by Online Banking. In this case, screenshots of the payment confirmation page must be saved for uploading.

The authorities may release the merit list for Mizoram NEET 2026 admission for different Quotas. The criteria for preparing the Merit List for Mizoram NEET admission will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the NEET-UG 2026.
Authorities will allot the seat for Mizoram MBBS admission on the basis of rank and marks obtained in NEET 2026.
