MP ANMTST Application Form 2026: Eligibility Criteria

• The minimum age should be 17 years on December 31 of the year of admission.

• Candidate must have passed class 12 in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board with 45 % marks (40% for the reserved category candidates)

• Reservation for ASHA workers will apply to 25% of the total seats sanctioned in the government ANM training.

• Married women can also apply for MP ANMTST 2026.

• Visit the official website - mponline.gov.in

• Click on the tab ‘MP ANMTST 2026’

• Complete the MP ANMTST registration 2026 by submitting your basic and contact details

• Sign in using the registered email ID and password

• Click on the tab available for MP ANMTST 2026 and complete the application form

• After successfully submitting the application form, a unique application number will be generated

• Upload photograph, signature, handwritten undertaking, and required documents

MP ANMTST Application Form 2026: Fee payment

• After filling the Madhya Pradesh ANMTST 2026 application form, the portal fee can be paid through in online mode

• Upon selecting the credit/debit card option, a payment gateway for payment from specified banks will be available, where the portal fee can be paid by filling in the credit/debit card details.

• Pay the fees in online mode using the MpOnline Kiosk, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI Fee Mode only

• Upon successful payment of the portal fee, a computerised receipt with transaction-related information will be available, which will have to be printed and kept safe.

Kiosk Payment: If internet banking or cards are unavailable, payment can be made at an MP Online kiosk using the application number and the "Unpaid Application" link.

MP ANMTST Application Form Correction Window 2026

The authority provides the option to correct the details in the application form of MP ANMTST 2026 in case of any mistakes or discrepancies. Candidates can make the correction in the MP ANMTST application form 2026 through the correction window in online mode on the official website.

Points for MP ANMTST application form correction window

• MP ANMTST application correction window is available for the candidates who successfully filled out the online application form and paid the examination fee within the stipulated period.

• Applicant can make changes in their application form one or more times during the period of the prescribed dates for the correction window by paying Rs. 20 as correction fee each time in online mode.

• If an applicant changes the unreserved category to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/EWS/Persons with Disabilities, then the amount of fee exemption for SC/ST/OBC prescribed in the examination fee paid by them will not be refunded.

• If an applicant changes from the SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Persons with Disabilities category to unreserved, then they will have to pay the remaining amount by adjusting the amount already deposited in the examination fee prescribed for unreserved.

• Candidates cannot change the online application form number, transaction ID number, board application form number, mobile number and e-mail ID through the MP ANMTST application form correction window.

• Such applicants who have filled the Madhya Pradesh ANM application form till the prescribed date but have not paid the application fee can pay along with the correction window fee during the application correction period.
